Derby After Dark
On May 1st, 2026, at 6:00 pm, we will be holding our Derby After Dark in the Calloway County Public Library, and we would love for you to join us. This fun-filled event will feature a dinner, music, a cash bar, a silent and live auction, and more. We are planning for over 200 guests. All proceeds from the event will stay in our local community to provide advocacy services for abused and neglected children in Calloway, Christian, and Marshall Counties.
Learn to Mahjong - Beginner Class
Join us Tuesday, March 10th at Parcell’s Perk Coffee Shop & Bakery for a beginner’s Mahjong class benefiting CASA by the Lakes!
Whether you’ve always wanted to learn or just need a refresher, this fun and welcoming class is the perfect place to start.
Instructor Beth Fischer will provide all supplies and guide you step-by-step through the basics of Mahjong. Come learn a new game, enjoy great company, and support a meaningful cause — all in one afternoon!

CASA by the Lakes Partner in Prevention T-Shirt Pre-Order
T-shirts are $15 each, with sizes 2XL and above available for $20. All orders must be submitted and paid in full by Friday, March 13.
To pre-order your shirt, please click the button below and complete the form. Once your form is submitted, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provide. Payment can be made by PayPal, Venmo, or credit card.
Shirts will be available for pick-up at the CASA office at the end of March, just in time for Wear Blue Day on April 1 in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month.

CASA by the Lakes Door Hanger Paint Party
Come join us for a fun Paint Party benefiting CASA by the Lakes! All supplies, including your wooden hanger, will be provided along with refreshments. No painting experience is needed, just bring your creativity and get ready for a relaxing evening for a great cause.
The event will be held at The Book and Bottle Shop in Hopkinsville.
We are currently participating in the Murray Calloway County Community Foundation, Inc. Weaver Challenge for Charities. This means all funds raised will be matched up to $5,000.

Join us for our annual Foster the Dream Gala! Enjoy cocktail hour, a delicious dinner, and exciting live and silent auctions. This year, we’re kicking off the silent auction early – it will be available for online bidding a few days before the event. Lotus "Darkness to Light" Child Abuse Prevention Training
Lotus is facilitating a “Darkness to Light” Child Abuse Prevention Training in Murray on April 29, 2025 at 5:30PM! Guided by the vision of a world where children can grow up happy, healthy, and safe, Darkness to Light is committed to empowering people to prevent child sexual abuse. We believe that protecting children is an adult’s responsibility, and that through education and training, adults will be empowered to act.

Lotus Children's Advocacy & Sexual Violence Resource Center - Hope Heal Grow Mobile Unit Tour
Nichole and Sarah from Lotus are excited to come speak about services offered at Lotus, and they are bringing the Hope Heal Grow Mobile Unit for attendees to check out! This event will be in the Calloway County Extension Office for a portion of the session, but we will also be able to look at the Mobile Unit, which will be parked next to the building.
Rebate Night at Hop Hound Brew Pub
Come out to Hop Hound Brew Pub to support CASA by the Lakes! Enjoy great food and drinks with friends, and be sure to drop your receipt in the CASA bucket—a portion of the proceeds will go directly to supporting local advocacy for our CASA children!
